S. V. Yap is the founder of PowerSkill executive search group. He holds a Degree in Computer Science from Royal Holloway College , University of London.

Prior to setting up PowerSkill, he has over 20 years of working experience in the ICT industry. He established PowerSkill in 1994, and successfully expanded the operation over the years to cover search assignments that spans across various industries, for MNC's and large conglomerate alike. SV, now also devotes his time in developing strategic advances for the organization. He is instrumental in the company's continued growth and is active in pursuing to expand PowerSkill branding into the Asia-Pacific region.

Theo Chin Teck is our Country Director for Malaysia & Singapore.

Chin Teck graduated cum laude from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with an honour's degree in Management Accounting.

Chin Teck initially launched his career with Ernst & Young in the accounting world. However, having a great passion for dealing with people and for the human capital services, he seized the opportunity to join the executive recruiting industry with a US-based international executive search firm, where he spent more than 5 years. He led the Financial Services Team as their Senior Consulting Manager and personally won numerous international and local awards in consecutive years that he served.

Chin Teck's forte lies in senior search assignments, having vast experience in closing many C-suite positions (i.e. CEO, CRO, COO, CFO etc) with both MNC’s and local listed companies.
 

DANIEL CHEAH
COUNTRY DIRECTOR
HONG KONG & CHINA
 
 
 
Daniel Cheah is our Country Director for Hong Kong and China . He has an MBA in Marketing from Nottingham Trent University, U.K. He has over fourteen (14) years working experience in the ICT industry with more recent focus in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Call Centre Industry.

Daniel's previous working experience includes being a Sales Director of a large US-based CRM systems integrator undertaking projects with telecoms and financial service clients in Hong Kong and China . He has also developed business and partner alliances for a global CRM software firm. Other experiences include project management and web-consulting for a listed Swedish based MNC.

 
 

CHYAPA CHOLPRASERD
COUNTRY DIRECTOR
THAILAND
 
 
 
Chyapa Cholpraserd is our Country Director for Thailand. She obtained a Bachelor degree, majoring in Accounting from Chulalongkorn University in 1985. She is also an active member of the Telecommunication Association of Thailand.

Having initially worked with Thai Military Bank PCL as an Accountant for the Foreign Department for a few years, much of her career has been in the ICT industry. She made significant contribution to the industry as Country head for MNC companies including Anixter, Equant and AT&T Thailand. Her industry knowledge in various industries and extensive networking, provides her a strong platform to head the search business in Thailand.
